System overview

This system stores billing and student information (the more students are in the system, the higher the tuition).  It generates invoices which are then moved into Quickbooks.

Interesting features

Split fee:  If desired, the fee can be paid in three installments.  With the click of a button, the system breaks it into thirds with the correct dates and amounts; click here for details.

Automatic advancement:  Rates are different for different grades, so the student grades need to be tracked.  At the end of the year, the user can just click a button and the system increases the grades of all the students by 1.
